How to Return? What to do with damaged products? :
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, unaltered, uninstalled, not previously laundered or assembled e.g. no cut or clipped wires, no contact with water and no writing on the shipping carton to include all original packaging and accessories. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  •  Products and packaging not in original condition will not be accepted for return.

  •  Any return labels must be used within 10 business days of receipt. Delayed returns may

    not be eligible for refund.

  • Visible or concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

To start a return, you will need a return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without

a return authorization. Photos of the item and packaging may be required depending on the nature of the return.

Are you missing parts or is the item lost? Contact us by email info@pizzoven.com for quick resolution.

If you think that the product does not meet your requests or if you do not like it please ask for a return and include why you want a return.

To ask for a return please contact our return@pizzoven.com with your order number of the products to be returned. If the item has damage you must also include photos of the damage. Return cannot be started until we have all of this information.

Will I receive an order and tracking number:

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.

Where/when do we ship?

We currently only ship in the US. Standard shipping time within the US are between 1 to 3 business day.
